PillowTalk
a relationship e-course
(that's cheaper than therapy)
(WHAT IS PILLOWTALK?)
A relationship e-course that gives you practical handles for how to foster a healthy and thriving marriage.
When we said “I do” at the altar, we were determined to do marriage differently than we saw growing up—even though we had no idea how. Neither of us had seen healthy relationships modeled, but we knew we wanted one.
Enter Dr. Jonathan Cude—our marriage therapist from day one. Through his guidance, we’ve navigated conflict, deepened our connection, and learned practical tools that transformed our relationship. Along the way, we realized that so many couples want a thriving marriage but don’t always have access to one they can learn from.
That’s why we created PillowTalk. In this course, we invite you into our real-life marriage—raw, honest, and unfiltered—while Dr. Cude provides the therapeutic insight and guidance that has helped us for over a decade.
Think of it as sitting on the couch with us.
Let’s build a marriage you love.
ABOUT THE COURSES

meet our therapist (& now, yours too!)
Dr. Jonathan Cude enjoys working with both individuals and couples. Although most of his clinical work is with distressed couples (affairs, divorce, unhealthy conflict, etc.), he also enjoys working with couples who are just starting out and couples who simply want more connection in their relationship. His approach to the couple's work is rooted in the research of John Gottman, Ph.D. He mainly works with individual issues utilizing a cognitive-behavioral approach which has been shown to be the most effective way to work with clients struggling with depression and anxiety. He has been married to Ann for over 35 years. Together they have two grown children and they are currently adjusting well to the empty nest.

meet aaron & haven
Aaron and Haven’s love story began in high school, where they met while playing music together. After two years of friendship and five and a half years of dating, they got married in 2012. He’s a musician, and she’s an entrepreneur—best friends who are total opposites. They live in LA with their two kids, Eisley and Eko, who have effortlessly transformed their parents’ Instagram accounts into their own personal fan clubs.

how to fight better
When you get married, you’re not committing to love, laughter, and forever—you’re also signing up for a lifetime of conflict. Every couple fights. But the difference between a marriage that thrives and one that struggles isn’t whether you fight—it’s how you fight. Too often, conflict turns into a battleground where both sides leave wounded. But what if it could be the thing that actually brings you closer instead of pulling you apart?
In How to Fight Better, we’re putting on the boxing gloves—but not to go head-to-head against each other. Instead, we’re learning how to be on the same team, fighting for our marriage. In this course you’ll learn how to argue without destroying intimacy because when you learn to fight better, you love better too.

post-marital counseling
(Available Summer 2025)
Everyone talks about pre-marital counseling—getting ready for the altar, preparing for the future. But what about after the vows have been said? What about when you’re 3, 5, or 10 years in, and things start to feel… different? Maybe the spark has dimmed, the connection isn’t as effortless, or you’re just going through the motions. Marriage isn’t something you prepare for once and then set on autopilot. Like anything valuable, it needs care, attention, and the occasional tune-up.
That’s where Post-Marital Counseling comes in. Think of this course as a holistic check-up for your relationship, whether you’ve been married 3 years or 23 years. From reigniting intimacy to navigating seasons of change, we’ll help you realign, reconnect, and refresh your relationship—because a thriving marriage doesn’t happen by accident. It happens by choice.
